The official Android 5.0.2 Lollipop for Motorola Moto E is rolling out right now in Brazil and India. Keep an eye on your device if you are based in one of these two countries if you want to upgrade it with the latest Android OS version.
Android Advices has confirmed that the new update has been pushed out in India , while Motorola official blog features an entry detailing their Android 5.0.2 Lollipop Update plans for the Moto Maxx and Moto E in Mexico, Brazil and India. There is no official word on the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop availability for other countries, but we can safely speculate that all Moto E smartphones across the world will receive this new firmware in the near future.
