Rumours of the upcoming Xiaomi's device has been moving around on internet for sometime, and earlier today xiaomi co-founder and senior VP liwan Jiang in his weibo post confirm the arrival of their new device. Though there is no official word on the specs but, rumours confirmed that, Mi 5 will run on MIUI 7 based on Android 6.0, a 3 or 4GB RAM, a minimum 32GB internal storage and as liwan said it will powered by a Snapdragon 820
As confirmed by liwan jiang himself, xiaomi have already started the production of Mi 5. Here's what he said:
The Xiaomi Mi 5 With The Latest Snapdragon 820 Processor Is Ready And In Volume Production. It Will Be Released After The Spring Festival To Have Enough Time For Stocking Up – Xiaomi Senior VP Liwan Jiang.
