Finally Xiaomi has launched it's most rumoured Mi
Note 2 at an launch event in china. Most of the leaked specs of the Mi Note has came to life. The Mi Note 2 does comes with a dual curved display like the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and a Snapdragon 821.
The Snapdragon 821 is clocked at 2.35 Ghz with options between 4GB and 6GB of LPDD4 RAM and 64 GB and 128 GB UFS 2.0 storage. The phone is 4G enabled and supports VoLTE. Xiaomi has launched the phone in two colour variants; Piano Black and Glacier Silver.
On to the display section, as mentioned earlier it has 5.5 inch dual curve display and the display is a 1920x1080p fullHD display not a QHD as rumors suggested.
Other interesting features on the Mi Note 2 include a high-quality 24-bit / 192kHZ DAC. And last, but not least, the phablet is powered by a hefty 4070 mAh battery pack, equipped with Quick Charge 3.0.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 also features full-featured NFC, HD lossless audio, and SAP GPS. The Mi Note 2 is priced starting at 2799 RMB which is roughly Rs. 27999, pretty impressive pricing for the specifications. The Global variant of the Mi Note 2 is priced at RMB 3499 (Rs. 34500) which has global bands and network support.
