Xiaomi Mi Note 2 May Be The Most Expensive Xiaomi Device Ever.


If the reports are true, then the Mi Note 2 will be the most expensive Xiaomi device which is going to launch on 25th October.



It's confirm that Xiaomi will launch the device on 25th October. As per the rumours till now, Xiaomi will launch the 3 variants of Mi Note 2, 64 GB, 128 GB and a 256 GB respectively. According to the rumours, the 64 and the 128 GB will comes with a fullHD display and 4 GB RAM while the 256 GB variant will sport a 2k (Quad HD display) with 6 GB RAM.



All the variants are supposed to powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821. On the camera side it is expected to equipping a couple of 16 MP sensors at back and a 5 MP front camera. According to a slide appear on Androidpure, which is the part of Xiaomi's presentation reveals the pricing. The Mi Note 2 is priced at RMB 5,699 which converts to $845 or ₹56,399. Well Xiaomi is trying to enter the real flagship market with the Mi Note 2 which is already occupied by Samsung, Apple and now Google.




The rest of the features expected on the Mi Note 2 include a 4,000mAh battery along with Quick Charge 3.0 support, an Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and connectivity options like dual-SIM card slots, 4G with VoLTE HD voice calling support, NFC, GPS Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi 802.11ac. On the software front, the smartphone could run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow-based MIUI 8. That said, there are a couple of rumors that suggest the smartphone could run on Android Nougat 7.0-based MIUI 9 out-of-the-box.
